whether it was the timing or the loneliness
depleted & regained, i only ask for you
to return my dreams. you haunt with such
immaculate care, i have stopped counting how
many times you’ve appeared                  daybreaks
& moonless nights                   lost letters              &
hearts tied to a shepherd’s dog, england green

awaits                 you you you you                        you.

Message in a bottle.

Storm. Sand drift. Careless boy
Throwing stuff back.
